Vivien Globe

Vivien is an HR professional with a background in TV and Banking.  Alongside Martin and other members of the team she has developed the Building Our Skills Inspiring Talent Academy and life-long learning programme, which she also manages on a day to day basis.

She offers guidance and tutoring to academy students, supporting them to learn through the exciting units in the programme and working with their employers to ensure there is career progression following their time in the academy.
