Mick Clayton

Mick is CEO of industry awarding organisation GQA Qualifications Limited. His personal passion for developing people makes him ideally suited to be a director of Building Our Skills where he is a key player in helping to shape the direction of the campaigns to deliver new blood to the industry.

He is also a strong voice when it comes to encouraging employers to support those already in it to choose the industry as a career for their long term ambitions and not just a job for now, by providing ongoing training, learning and qualifications opportunities.
