Martin Sadler

Martin is a great advocate of mentoring and has developed a fantastic programme for Building Our Skills to bring people from the industry together to offer youngsters joining the sector, and others already employed in it the opportunity to have guidance and support as they develop their careers.

Martin is committed to supporting people to develop professionally and personally and believes that mentoring can play a huge role in terms of trying to help the industry attract and retain people to help offset the skills shortage.

He also works with other members of the team to develop and review the content of the Inspiring Talent Academy.
