There are so many opportunities for those in the industry to get involved – become a supporter, enlist as a volunteer in our education campaigns, become a mentor, support our academies….the list is endless.
The whole focus of Building Our Skills is to help bridge the skills gap that is facing our industry, like so many others. By raising awareness of the industry and the many exciting career paths it offers we can play a major part in helping to ensure that the industry has a the people, with the skills that it needs.
